The Secretary of Culture of the City of Belgrade, Ivan Karl, and representatives of the French Embassy laid wreaths at the Monument of Gratitude to France at Kalemegdan on Tuesday, 27 October, on the occasion of marking the Day of Liberation of the Capital in both world wars.
