PE “Belgrade Fortress” and the Blood Transfusion Institute will organize a large blood donation event on Saturday, May 1, 2021.

The transfusion bus will be placed on the Constantinople Road at the Belgrade Fortress, from 11.00 to 17.00.

Each voluntary blood donor will receive 4 tickets from the PE “Belgrade Fortress” for some of the facilities at the Belgrade Fortress: the unique Dino Park-Jurassic Adventure, the Casemates at the Military Museum or a combined ticket. Tickets obtained during the event can be used any day, in accordance with the working hours of the facilities, until the end of the season.

The Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia and the Serbian Red Cross organize voluntary blood donation events for the purpose of organized, timely and continuous blood collection for the needs of health institutions in Belgrade and the Republic of Serbia, and voluntary blood donation events in mobile transfusion buses open to the public have a special importance, and are organized in attractive locations such as the Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park.

PE “Belgrade Fortress” has been participating in the events of the Blood Transfusion Institute for several years and contributes to providing sufficient amounts of blood for the treatment of patients.
