PE “Belgrade Fortress” in the period from November 1 to November 30, 2021 conducts a survey of customer satisfaction with utilities in the complex of Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park, through a survey at:

This research will include services within the entrusted activity of providing conditions for arranging, using, improving and protecting the complex of the Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park.

The questionnaire is completely anonymous, while the data will be used exclusively for the purpose of improving communal services. By filling out the questionnaire, the citizens help by voicing their opinion on the quality of utility services of the PE “Belgrade Fortress” for the purpose of improving communication between citizens and the company.

PE “Belgrade Fortress” invites citizens to participate in the survey, which is conducted electronically and for which it is necessary to set aside only a few minutes, and contribute to the improvement of the company’s business operations.
