Poetic worlds of mathematical theories

From May 14 to 31, 2021, the Center for the Promotion of Science and the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts are organizing an exhibition entitled Poetic Worlds of Mathematical Theories on the Sava Promenade in Kalemegdan Park. The exhibition is a meeting place for mathematicians and artists, their relationship and the influence of mathematical knowledge on mankind and society. Although it seems that such a combination is doomed to failure in advance, both exhibitions will convince you that there are still many similarities between mathematics and art.

In addition to the exhibition, fans of mathematics and art will be able to attend interesting lectures that will be held on the summer stage behind the Gallery of the Museum of Natural History, according to the following program:
