It comprises the area between eastern perimeter of the Fortress and Tadeusa Koscuska Street. This area was initially used for setting tents and roundabout of travelling circuses, while at the beginning of the twentieth century it served for hosting the first travelling cinemas. Its renovation began after the First World War with organised planting a variety of conifers.
